Golya Mirderikvand
Artist Bio
Based in Vancouver, BC, Golya Mirderikvand completed her Masters degree in Art Conservation from Queen’s University, with a specialization in the conservation and restoration of paintings. In addition to her art restoration skills, she has been painting for many years and has been involved in various creative endeavours, creating opportunities for the community to engage and benefit from art. She also has experience in curating exhibitions and working for creative organizations, some of which have included the National Gallery of Canada (Ottawa), Museum of Anthropology (Vancouver), Intermuseum Conservation Association (Cleveland, OH), and Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg (Netherlands).
